Delivery & Returns
On-Line Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you choose to pick up from the store, your order will be processed and ready for pick up in 1-2 business days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. We currently only offer shipping within Canada

Returns Policy
In Store Purchases - We are happy to exchange or give a full refund on your purchase with tags still attached and receipt of purchase within 7 days
On Line Purchases - We are happy to exchange or give full refund on your purchase with tags still attached and receipt of purchase within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Please note original shipping fees will not be refunded. You will need to pay for your shipping costs to return your merchandise to us. **NOTE We are NOT responsible for damages due to improper washing and wearing
